Scarlett KBT collaborates with several partners, including insurance companies, as well as Region Skåne and Region Uppsala. Below is a description of how the collaboration with these regions works.
Region Skåne
CBT treatment is offered under agreement with Region Skåne via referral from your primary care center. Treatment is available for individuals aged 16 and older. You can be referred for treatment of mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). To book an appointment, we first need to receive a referral from your primary care center.
The patient fee is SEK 200 per session or free of charge if you have reached the cost ceiling for healthcare. It is also free for individuals under 20 years old. For more information, visit 1177.se, select “Region Skåne,” and search for “Vårdval psykoterapi.”
Telephone hours are weekdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The clinic is located at Föreningsgatan 26, Malmö.
Region Uppsala
CBT treatment is offered under agreement with Region Uppsala via referral from psychiatry services, child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP), or specialist maternity care at Akademiska Hospital. Treatment is available for children and adults with defined needs for specialist interventions for anxiety disorders and eating disorders, as well as for new or expecting parents with defined needs for specialist care, regardless of diagnosis.
